Hi, I'm Laci and I love to learn!
I enjoy alliteration, authenicity, and all things that take me back to Being. I have a fondness for, and am often practicing, communcation, permaculture and herbalism.
I want to share with you what I know, as I come to know it. Consider me a student, studying the world with you.
Dance and fitness are in my blood. Being raised in a dance studio (literally), movement became an accessible way to begin to discover what it means to be human.
With over 18 years of practice, teaching, and various movement trainings, trust I can take you where you want to geaux! Join my classes in person at my private studio in Pineville, or from the comfort of your home, online. I'm excited to meet you and
