Join us every Tuesday at 5:45pm for a free yoga class at the Alexandria Musuem of Art in Downtown Alexandria. Several mats provided. Maybe leave your phone in the car but bring a friend or three to join you! Want to tip the teacher? She'd love that, too! Here's a link.
