Calm Crafting
Center + Create
Calm crafting sessions offer a slow, intentional space to connect with yourself, and others you invite, through activities like slow coloring, DIY facials, floral card making, and journaling exercises. Perfect for personal growth, birthdays, showers, or simply gathering friends. These sessions can be personalized to your occasion.

Pole
For Fitness & Fun!
Whether you choose to focus on dance or fitness, expect to build strength, mobility, and loads of confidence in a supportive setting. Private or semi-private pole sessions focus on progression, meeting you at your current skill level and helping you advance safely while enjoying the process.
Relational Yoga
Therapeutic Talk Sessions
Relational Yoga sessions are curated to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a safe and stablizing setting. Laci uses relational intelligence techniques to change patterns, create clarity, and share actionable next steps. Each session is designed to leave you feeling understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

Ideal for anyone seeking a structured practice in a personalized environment.


Our Director
Laci Lopez
Laci is a Personal Wellness Consultant and Facilitator specializing in movement, communication, and emotional resilience. She integrates meditation, authentic relating, trauma-informed support, and nonviolent communication to help individuals and teams strengthen focus, sustain energy, and cultivate emotional clarity.
With a foundation in classical ballet, yoga, pilates, pole fitness, and yoga trapeze, Laci designs movement experiences that are skillfully structured, and accessible across levels. Her approach balances technical precision with psychological safety, creating environments where participants can engage fully and grow confidently.
Drawing from her own corporate experience, Laci partners with organizations to bring wellness into their workplace. She has guided programs for Procter & Gamble, Louisiana State University at Alexandria, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Alexandria Museum of Art, and Connect Humanity.
Whether facilitating a focused movement session, leading a high-energy fitness class, or delivering a corporate program curated to strengthen team cohesion, Laci provides structured, professional experiences that leave participants energized, grounded, and more effectively connected.
